About The Position

Maintain overall cleanliness, safety, and function of the community. This includes walking through the community (including the parking area) at the beginning and end of each shift to monitor the general condition and tidiness of the environment. The role also involves maintaining community-specific fire safety, disaster, and evacuation procedures, including developing and conducting fire drills per local regulations and community policy. The Director will be actively involved in the community's Safety Committee, keep a maintenance log of requested and completed repairs, and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule, inputting data into the company system. Additionally, the position requires maintaining and re-evaluating contracted services for community elevators, HVAC, hot water, landscape, and other community operations as needed. The Director will also supervise and schedule all environmental services team members, participating in hiring, training, and accountability.

Requirements

Free of non-treated communicable disease.
Holds current CPR/First Aid Certification.
