About The Position

The ideal candidate brings experience leading EHS initiatives within a plant-based manufacturing environment and has a proven ability to drive accountability, lead incident investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement practical corrective actions that improve both safety and operational performance. Success in this role will come from a collaborative, engaged leadership style and the ability to balance strategic oversight with direct involvement in the operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to work, influencing teams in real time, and helping shape a culture of continuous improvement.
