This role is for experienced healthcare sales professionals. Success at RPM Healthcare requires someone who is comfortable engaging senior healthcare executives, navigating complex organizations, managing long sales cycles, and developing strategic partnerships. Because communication is such an important part of this role, every applicant must complete a brief voicemail challenge before being considered. Think of it as your first sales call. No scripts. No perfect answers. We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself. The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part. This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large physician organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and be directly responsible for generating new revenue. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, navigate complex organizations, and close business.
