About The Position

RPM Healthcare partners with leading health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, and large medical groups to deliver scalable, outcomes-driven Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), and care management programs. We operate as an extension of our partners, helping them improve patient outcomes, increase engagement, generate new revenue, and reduce administrative burden. Today, RPM Healthcare supports thousands of patients nationwide through partnerships with some of the country's most respected healthcare organizations. This role is for experienced healthcare sales professionals. Success at RPM Healthcare requires someone who is comfortable engaging senior healthcare executives, navigating complex organizations, managing long sales cycles, and developing strategic partnerships. Because communication is such an important part of this role, every applicant must complete a brief voicemail challenge before being considered. Think of it as your first sales call. No scripts. No perfect answers. We simply want to hear how you communicate, how you think on your feet, and how you present yourself. The strongest candidates usually enjoy this part. This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and closing new partnerships with health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large physician organizations. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and be directly responsible for generating new revenue. This is not a role where leads are handed to you. You are expected to create opportunities, build relationships, navigate complex organizations, and close business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of healthcare business development or enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Direct experience selling into health systems, integrated delivery networks, academic medical centers, or large physician organizations
  • Experience selling Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), Chronic Care Management (CCM), digital health, population health, healthcare technology, healthcare services, or related solutions
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing your own business
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate clinical, operational, and financial value
  • Strong hunter mentality with a bias toward action and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop new partnerships with health systems, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, and large physician organizations
  • Engage executive leadership, clinical leadership, operational leadership, and physician champions
  • Build relationships with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CMOs, Chief Population Health Officers, Chief Medical Informatics Officers, Service Line Leaders, and Executive Directors
  • Generate your own pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and industry relationships
  • Conduct executive-level discovery meetings and solution presentations
  • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Present clinical, operational, and financial value propositions
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
