About The Position

At Versant Media, we are building a world-class technology infrastructure from the ground up, free from the constraints of legacy systems. As the Director of Enterprise IT Operations, you will be at the very heart of this transformation, leading the teams that ensure a seamless and delightful technology experience for every employee, every single day. You will lead, mentor, and inspire a global "follow the sun" team of Enterprise Analysts, providing 24/7 support for over 5,000+ users across our global footprint. You will also oversee the dedicated Executive Support staff, ensuring a white-glove, VIP experience for our senior leadership. This is a role for a leader who is passionate about both operational excellence and people development, with a vision to transform traditional IT support into a proactive and user-centric service model. You'll ensure our team and technology are aligned with the business’s vision of innovation, making a tangible impact on productivity and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Operations, with a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale, global support teams.
  • Demonstrable experience leading a "follow the sun" model or similar 24/7 operational structure.
  • A strong background in providing executive-level support and understanding the unique needs of senior leadership.
  • Expertise in inspiring, leading, and mentoring staff with varying years of experience (L1, L2, L3).
  • Deep technical knowledge and direct experience with a wide array of enterprise systems, including but not limited to: Service & Asset Management: ServiceNow, asset lifecycle policies, change management.
  • Endpoint & Device Management: JAMF, Intune, Active Directory, SCCM, Mac and Dell hardware support, mobile device management.
  • Collaboration & Productivity: Slack, Microsoft 365, Zoom, One Drive, Dropbox.
  • Security & Network: Proofpoint, endpoint engineering, printer support, network & wireless infrastructure.
  • Enterprise Applications: DocuSign, Smartsheet, Application packaging, tooling, and licensing.
  • Proven experience with major IT transformations, such as transitioning from on-premises to cloud, manual to automated processes, or monolithic to microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
