The Opportunity The Director of IT is pivotal in driving our technology transformation and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be energetic, agile, flexible, and determined, with a proven track record of managing large teams and thriving in a high-paced environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
Proven experience managing teams and overseeing complex IT projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, cloud services, and related technologies.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff, including executives.
A commitment to delivering "white glove" service, particularly for senior leadership.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CRM, ERP, or sales/marketing technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring optimal system reliability, performance, and uptime.
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to a diverse IT team, fostering collaboration and ensuring a high-performing work environment.
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company’s goals, driving business growth and operational efficiency.
Manage and optimize the Office365 ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the platform's potential.
Oversee technology projects from inception to execution, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
Safeguard data security and compliance with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring a secure environment for company assets and information.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to address their technology needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Monitor and manage the IT budget, optimizing costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends and innovations to keep the company at the forefront of IT excellence.
