About The Position

Director of IT – Enterprise Integrations will serve as the chief architect and strategist for our digital nervous system. This is not just a "maintenance" role; it will lead the charge in evolving our API ecosystem from a collection of points to a resilient, scalable, and high-performance enterprise platform. It will be responsible for defining the technical vision, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, and managing the critical vendor relationships that power our infrastructure. This position will thrive on turning complex architectural puzzles into streamlined, stable business solutions.

  • A Bridge builder (literally and figuratively) who understands that an API is only as good as the business process it enables.
  • Possess technical gravity goes deep into the weeds with senior developers but can also present a 3-year roadmap to the Board of Directors.
  • Prioritizes Stability over "Shiny" - believes that a boring, stable system is a beautiful system.

  • Align integration architecture with broader enterprise goals, ensuring our tech stack supports rapid business scaling.
  • Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and self-healing mechanisms to ensure 99.99% uptime for mission-critical integrations.
  • Lead the "Blame-Free" post-mortem process to turn system failures into long-term architectural improvements.
