About The Position

Join the team at The Citadel as a Director of Enterprise Infrastructure supporting critical campus enterprise systems and technology initiatives. This position serves as a technical leader for enterprise applications, integrations, system enhancements, and server infrastructure across the institution. We are seeking an experienced IT professional with strong systems, analytical, programming, technical, and project management skills who can collaborate with campus departments, vendors, and IT teams to support and improve enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and related applications. Experience with higher education systems such as Ellucian Banner or Slate CRM is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Five years of progressive IT experience
• Experience with Oracle, MSSQL, and enterprise programming technologies
• Experience with Server infrastructure and virtualization
• Experience with Cloud technologies such as Microsoft 365, Entra, and Azure
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience with higher education systems such as Ellucian Banner or Slate CRM is preferred.
• Master's degree preferred
