About The Position
This role involves leading a small team of Engineers, managing the entire product development lifecycle from design and prototyping to testing and manufacturing support. The position also requires driving continuous improvement initiatives, handling technical and customer support, and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Epicor system.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product development experience.
- 5+ years managing an Engineering Department.
- Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.
- Experience with plastic, metal, and electromechanical products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
- Hands-on, self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Engineers.
- Manage new product development, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.
- Drive continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Provide technical/customer support.
- Manage BOMs in Epicor.
