About The Position

Director of Engineering Location: Remote with flexibility to work in Leander, TX or Great Neck, NY | Will be responsible for stand up in Palo Alto Office Engagement: Full-Time Reports to: CEO with close collaboration with across strategy, Operations, Engineering and Finance Company Overview Wild West Systems is rapidly moving and growing early-stage American defense technology company with the mission to equip the civilized world with superior and affordable arms and advanced technologies – to dominate the battlefield of present and future threats, in a new era of asymmetrical warfare. We fuse versatile domain experience with novel approach and creativity to change the paradigm of defense – both for military arenas and civilian soft targets. Position Overview Expectations for this position are building and scaling our Engineering department to build and ship next generation asymmetrical warfare

Requirements

ITAR Eligibility: To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. Citizen or National, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
