About The Position

Lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of the engineering and maintenance operations for the property. Play a key role in ensuring the appearance, functionality and integrity of the property are optimized while implementing strategies that support efficiency and sustainability. Focus on providing efficient service that contributes to meaningful guest experiences and maintains the physical assets at their highest level. Emphasis on planning, organizing and directing activities that are concerned with the maintenance structures, facilities and systems. Mentor and inspire a team of engineers fostering a culture of accountability, excellence and proactive maintenance practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Chief Engineer in a hospitality field.
• Proven leadership, management and administrative skills.
• Successful management of key talent and culture processes to include recruiting, performance management and team and culture development.
• Extensive knowledge of building trades and overall mechanics of building operations and maintenance.
