Simeon Global Consulting (SGC) is seeking a dynamic, client-focused executive to serve as Director of Emergency Management. This is a growth-oriented leadership role responsible for building and scaling SGC's Emergency Management practice across state and local markets, with a primary emphasis on Florida, Texas, and the Eastern U.S. The Director will oversee the full lifecycle of emergency management engagements — from business development and proposal capture through program delivery and client stewardship. The ideal candidate brings deep relationships with state and county emergency management agencies, division of emergency management offices, and local governments, combined with the operational expertise to lead high-performing deployment teams across preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation. Familiarity with FEMA programs and federally funded disaster recovery is valued and supports client delivery, but the primary measure of success in this role is the growth, profitability, and reputation of SGC's emergency management practice in state and local markets.
