About The Position

As a Celebree Director of Education, you'll be embarking on a journey of leadership and impact. As the driving force behind our mission, the Education Director is responsible for overseeing the School’s educational program, classroom quality, faculty development, licensing compliance, health and safety, and required records. From nurturing talent to ensuring operational excellence and fostering positive community relationships, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment where people grow both BIG and small. This position works with and reports to the Director of Operations and school ownership to support the daily operation and overall success of the School.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Be Director qualified in the State of Texas or working towards Director Qualification.
  • Have strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education related software such as LineLeader, Teaching Strategies, Tadpoles, SmartTeach, Daycare Works, Procare and Lesson Planning software.
  • Have strong knowledge of early childhood education, curriculum and licensing requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of management and leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily educational operation of the School.
  • Ensure licensing, Quality Assurance, health and safety compliance, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee child and faculty files and required training records.
  • Support curriculum implementation and high-quality classroom management practices.
  • Manage, mentor and develop faculty.
  • Lead faculty orientation, meetings and professional development.
  • Participate in faculty recruitment, interviewing and retention.
  • Plan and manage School events that promote family engagement.
  • Support marketing events and other community outreach efforts.
  • Support family-teacher conferences and educational concerns.
  • Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
  • Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
  • Travel may be required within the continental US.
