About The Position
Delmar Gardens of Smyrna is seeking a RN for a Nurse Educator/Staff Development position to oversee and conduct education, in-services, and training for our staff in Nursing and all other departments of our skilled facility. Delmar Gardens is a family-owned company that has been serving the community for 60 years. Our mission and philosophy of Love, Care, and Understanding extend not only to our residents but equally to our staff.
Requirements
- RN licensed by the State of Georgia
- At least two years of RN experience
- At least one year of experience in long-term care
Nice To Haves
- Teaching experience preferred
- CPR Instructor certification
- Approval as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) instructor
- CDC Infection Control Preventionist Certification a plus
