About The Position

The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Education & Prevention Services to join our Education department. The Director of Education and Prevention Services is responsible for providing leadership, direction, training, and guidance to meet clinical goals and regulatory clinical compliance. This position oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of the Bonner Academy, School-Based Program, Outpatient Program, and the Somali Outreach Program, ensuring program services are Trauma Informed and address individual treatment approaches. For decades, The Buckeye Ranch has been restoring hope and providing healing for children, youth, and families in Central Ohio. Our continuum of care addresses every stage and aspect of what children may be experiencing after traumas caused by mental illness, abuse, or neglect. With help from The Buckeye Ranch, they’re empowered to overcome obstacles, tap into their resilience, and move forward toward healthy, fulfilling lives.

Requirements

Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
At least two years of clinical supervisor experience.
Active Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S, or IMFT-S.
Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
