We are building a unified Growth & Experience organization across a portfolio of five direct-to-consumer brands: Albany Park, Edloe Finch, X-Chair, Mavix, and Timbuk2, along with our B2B brand, Sit on It Seating. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact Director role with portfolio breadth, a strong existing team, and a clear mandate to drive commercial and experience transformation. As Director of eCommerce, you will own the digital commercial engine across all DTC brands, driving conversion, trading performance, and site experience with a bias for action and a test-and-learn mindset. You will inherit a capable team and help shape how we scale from here, including building a more robust CRO capability, a key priority for the business. This role is designed for a leader ready to operate at scale today, with the opportunity to expand scope and impact as the organization evolves. We are a people-first, performance-driven team.
