Our client is a high-growth CPG brand looking for a Director of Ecommerce to own the DTC revenue and customer experience. This is a general management role, not a channel manager position. You'll be responsible for the full ecommerce P&L—growth, conversion, retention, and profitability—and you'll work across marketing, creative, operations, and product to make it happen. We need someone who understands how site experience, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and acquisition work together. You'll identify bottlenecks, build systems, and drive measurable improvements.
