About the Role You’ll lead distribution operations for Post Consumer Brands and our 3PL partners, ensuring safety, service, and cost excellence while driving continuous improvement. Expect a mix of strategic leadership and hands-on engagement—building relationships, solving problems, and using data to identify opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven people leader with a track record of coaching and developing talent.
  • Experience in distribution, warehousing, logistics, and transportation operations.
  • Strong initiative and ability to identify trends and bring forward solutions.
  • Comfortable influencing at all levels—operators to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field required.
  • 10+ years in supply chain with at least 5 years in multi-site leadership OR complex site leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership across multiple sites and 3PL facilities.
  • Coach and develop site leaders and supervisors to build high-performing teams.
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement using data and lean principles.
  • Oversee budgeting, labor planning, and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and inventory standards.
  • Travel regularly (16–20 trips per year) to stay connected with operations.
