About The Position
Brookdale Dr. Phillips is looking for a Dining Service Director for their assisted living community with 66 units. They are seeking a passionate and service-driven Dining Services Director to lead their culinary team in providing exceptional dining experiences for residents. This role involves menu planning, food preparation, team development, inventory management, scheduling, sanitation oversight, and maintaining quality dining services within budget. The Director will create a welcoming dining atmosphere, ensure meals are prepared safely, efficiently, and according to company and nutritional standards. This position partners closely with community leadership and dining team members to deliver excellent hospitality and meaningful resident experiences.
