Brookdale North Raleigh is hiring a Director of Dining Services to join their growing team. This is a Senior Living community supporting our seniors through Independent Living. Requirements
- Experience in dining services management.
- Ability to work in an environment focused on resident well-being and family satisfaction.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of caring and family-like atmosphere.
- Willingness to support a diverse and fulfilling team environment.
- Ability to contribute to a nationwide company with numerous growth opportunities.
- Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
- Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may be eligible for advancement fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities
- Manage dining services operations within a senior living community.
- Ensure a high level of hospitality and neighborliness for residents and families.
- Create a home-like feel and comfort for residents and visiting family members.
- Organize entertaining events and gatherings for residents to foster connections.
- Contribute to the company's position as an industry leader in clinical care.
- Support the nationwide company with 589 communities (as of November 30, 2025) by providing excellent dining services.
- Participate in and contribute to the robust training program.
