USC Athletics is looking to hire a Director of Digital Media, Football to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. The Director of Digital Media, Football, will focus on social media management, photography, and graphic design. Social management strategy is consistent with brand campaigns and program direction. This includes tending to all external social media channels for USC football, including X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and any other public-facing platforms. Reporting directly to the Executive Creative Director, Art and Brand, the Director of Digital Media, Football will work in collaboration with USC Football Full-Time in office on University of Southern California’s campus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify trends and push the needle of creative content. An ideal candidate will have an elite photography and design skillset with professional experience managing social media channels within sports. In addition to exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of and experience working in higher education preferred. Understanding of the unique culture and needs of college athletes preferred. This position serves a large student and staff population, must demonstrate a commitment to improving outcomes for a variety of populations, and is expected to contribute to the program’s demonstrated commitment to non-discrimination and equal opportunity for all.
