About The Position

The Director of Digital Marketing Analytics will act as an analytics leader & expert, driving insights and recommendations through the analysis of digital marketing data across media, email, web, and app channels. This role focuses on channel trends, attribution modeling, media performance, email performance, digital campaign effectiveness, A/B testing, digital customer engagement, booking behaviors, and more. The position includes leading a team of analysts responsible for evaluating media, email, web/app, and merchandising packages across digital platforms, and delivering actionable insights and recommendations to business partners. This individual will support a top-tier Digital Marketing & Customer Analytics team. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with professionals across our portfolio of casino resorts in North America, as well as corporate executives, to implement digital analytics initiatives that drive business success.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • They bring at least four years of relevant experience within a specialized functional or industry area, along with seven or more years of experience in the hospitality, travel, or entertainment industry, using operational insights and analytics to drive business performance.
  • They are skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable stories that enable Enterprise Analytics and business leaders to make informed decisions.
  • They demonstrate strong relationship-building abilities and possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • The candidate has hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and platforms such as Azure Databricks, as well as digital analytics tools including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • They have a proven ability to improve performance through data-driven insights, a solid understanding of marketing principles and problem-solving approaches, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a strategic mindset focused on delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the analysis of digital marketing data across media, email, web, and app channels, focusing on performance metrics, customer engagement trends, and user behavior.
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end analytics roadmap that supports the business's digital marketing strategy.
  • Develop and present strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize digital marketing campaigns, improve customer experiences, and drive conversions.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel trends, attribution models, and the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement and lead A/B testing initiatives to test hypotheses, validate strategies, and optimize digital marketing efforts across campaigns and web/app platforms.
  • Query, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to uncover actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular quality checks and validation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies, ensuring that the team leverages the most effective solutions for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality analysis and actionable insights. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Analyze customer journeys across digital marketing channels and web/app, identifying opportunities for enhancement and developing strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Partner with multiple teams to ensure alignment on digital marketing strategies and to implement data-driven initiatives that move the business forward.
  • Prepare and present analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and business partners, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomes.
