About The Position

Classical KING is looking for a Director of Digital Growth to help shape how audiences discover and engage with classical music in the digital age. This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a leadership position focused on understanding audience behavior, connecting data across platforms, and building systems that grow sustained listening over time. You’ll work across our mobile apps, web player, streaming platforms, and digital campaigns to understand how people discover Classical KING—and how to turn that discovery into long-term engagement. You’ll bring together data from multiple sources, guide testing and optimization, and translate insights into real improvements across platforms, content distribution, and marketing. This role sits on the senior leadership team and works closely with the Chief Content & Engagement Officer, as well as Programming, Partnerships, and Operations. You’ll lead execution across external partners (developers, UX, streaming, and marketing agency) and help ensure our digital ecosystem is working as one connected experience. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, audience development, product/platform operations, or a related field
  • Experience working across digital platforms (apps, web, streaming, or digital media environments)
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action
  • Experience managing external partners or vendors
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage digital audience growth metrics and KPIs
  • Integrate data across platforms (streaming, app/web analytics, marketing) to develop insights on listener behavior
  • Translate insights into recommendations across content distribution, platform improvements, and marketing strategy
  • Lead execution across external partners, including managing timelines and implementation of digital initiatives
  • Support ongoing testing and optimization across campaigns, content, and platform performance
  • Oversee a Digital Content Producer and guide execution of visual digital content aligned with audience growth goals
