Director of Development

LCH HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICESWest Grove, PA
Onsite

About The Position

LCH Health and Community Services (LCH) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center and Patient-Centered Medical Home serving southern Chester County, Pennsylvania. LCH provides high-quality, integrated, whole-person care in a bilingual and bicultural environment, ensuring access for all regardless of ability to pay. Southern Chester County is growing, and so are the needs of the communities we serve. Many of our patients face complex medical, behavioral health, and social challenges that require more than traditional clinical care. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), LCH is often the only access point for families who would otherwise go without essential services. But the reality is clear: Reimbursement alone cannot sustain the level of care our community deserves. Philanthropy fuels the innovation, outreach, and wraparound support that allows LCH to meet people where they are and remove barriers to care. The Director of Development plays a pivotal role in ensuring that LCH can continue to grow, evolve, and deliver high‑quality, whole‑person care to all. This is not just a fundraising position—it is a mission‑critical leadership role that directly strengthens the health and future of our community.
