Develop and execute strategies to build and manage a portfolio of 75-100 major and principal gift prospects with the capacity for significant annual gifts. This role involves effective stewardship of these donors, conducting a minimum of 125 face-to-face or virtual visits annually for cultivation and solicitation. The Director will collaborate with senior administrators, deans, faculty, and volunteers to align University fundraising priorities with donor interests, utilizing CRM databases for prospect and donor information management. Attendance at local fundraising events and association meetings is expected to enhance the public profile of Barry University and expand its network. A valid FL Driver's License is required. The position also ensures a high level of stewardship for assigned donors, including timely reporting and detailed record-keeping of solicitation activities. The Director will work closely with the Associate Vice President for Development to support the University's highest needs.
