About The Position

The Director of Development, Data, and Analytics leads the design, development, and delivery of our internal digital platforms and data-driven solutions. This role will drive innovation across the company’s enterprise applications and data ecosystems, ensuring that our digital services are powered by a robust data architecture, advanced analytics, and actionable business intelligence. The ideal candidate blends technical expertise, leadership, and a data-first mindset to deliver high-impact digital experiences and insights. This position reports to the CIO and is located in Newington, NH.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in software development, data engineering, analytics, or digital transformation, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehousing, cloud platforms, data lakes/lakehouses, and integration technologies
  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise analytics, BI, ETL, and reporting platforms using Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, data quality, security, compliance, APIs, REST services, and JSON/XML formats
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise data transformation and digital modernization initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the organization’s digital development, enterprise data, and analytics strategy aligned with business goals
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and deliver technology, data, and reporting initiatives that drive measurable business value
  • Oversee software, database, and analytics platform development using Agile and DevOps best practices, leveraging AI/ML, automation, and modern data technologies where appropriate
  • Design and manage scalable, secure enterprise data architecture, including databases, data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, governance, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure data integrity, performance, accessibility, security, and regulatory compliance across systems and platforms
  • Develop BI, reporting, and self-service analytics capabilities that improve decision-making and promote a data-driven culture
  • Establish KPIs and continuously improve development efficiency, system performance, data quality, and analytics adoption
  • Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams including software engineers, data engineers, and analysts
