About The Position

As the Director of Demand Generation at NewtonX (M5), you are the engine driver of our high-growth strategy, singularly responsible for building and scaling the inbound pipeline. This is a mandate to go beyond traditional campaign execution; you will revolutionize the Demand Gen function by embedding an AI-first approach into every stage of the funnel. You are the critical leader for establishing NewtonX as the market research thought leader, transforming our unique data and insights into high-volume, quality leads and dramatically increasing our market share.

Requirements

  • You bring 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with at least 4+ years directly in Demand Generation and 2+ years in a Director or Senior Management capacity.
  • Proven track record in a B2B SaaS/Tech startup environment focused on enterprise (>$500k ACV) pipeline growth.
  • Must have experience managing substantial performance budgets ($500K+ annually) and integrating AI/LLMs into content and campaign workflows for demonstrated scale (i.e., scaling MQLs/pipeline without linearly increasing headcount).
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), and the analytical tools required to measure full-funnel performance.
  • Demonstrated expertise in B2B social media strategy, particularly LinkedIn and Twitter/X, with proven track record of building engaged audiences and driving pipeline from social channels.
  • Experience using AI tools for social media content creation, scheduling, and performance optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Lately, or similar).
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, best practices for executive thought leadership, and employee advocacy program design.

Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership Engine & AI Production: Own the creation and scaling of the thought leadership engine. Proactively leverage AI/LLMs to rapidly transform internal data, market trends, and proprietary research into articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and reports with exceptional velocity and quality, positioning NewtonX as the market research thought leader.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution: Own the organic social media strategy and execution across all B2B channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X). Use AI to scale content production and maintain consistent, high-quality social presence that amplifies thought leadership and drives inbound engagement. Develop executive social programs and employee advocacy initiatives.
  • Inbound Pipeline Ownership: Own the entire inbound pipeline, from first touch through conversion to a qualified opportunity (MQL to SQL). Develop and execute high-performing, integrated digital campaigns (PPC, paid social, syndication, webinars) that maximize lead volume and ROI, using thought leadership as the primary lead magnet.
  • Events: Own the execution of conferences and the conference calendar. Act as the strategic go-between for Sales and Marketing, ensuring the right insights from our research engine are used by the sales team to accelerate deals.
  • AI & Automation Leadership: Design, implement, and lead the AI roadmap for Demand Generation, integrating LLMs and automation tools to achieve exponential scale and efficiency in lead scoring, routing, and nurture sequences.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Marketing and maintain tight alignment with the Sales and BDR teams to ensure the narrative created by the thought leadership engine is consistent and effective across all GTM motions.
