About The Position

TurnKey Lender is a global SaaS platform that enables financial institutions and lenders to automate and scale their lending operations through AI-driven decisioning, workflow automation, and advanced analytics. As we continue to grow globally, we are building a modern go-to-market engine to support scalable pipeline generation, product adoption, and market expansion. We are looking for a Director of Demand Generation to lead this effort. Role Overview The Director of Demand Generation will own the strategy execution, performance, and optimization of all pipeline creation programs. This role is responsible for building a scalable, data-driven demand engine that delivers qualified pipeline, improves conversion, and increases revenue efficiency. This role translates global marketing strategy into executable programs and is accountable for delivering measurable pipeline results through disciplined execution, testing, and optimization. This is a hands-on leadership role for a growth-stage builder who thrives in a fast-moving SaaS environment and is comfortable operating strategically while driving day-to-day execution. This role will build and scale the demand engine from the ground up, establishing the campaign framework, operating cadence, and performance discipline needed to support predictable, long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable growth
  • Deep expertise across digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaign strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel management, attribution, and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Builder mentality with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building and scaling demand programs in a $10M–$50M ARR environment preferred
  • Experience managing Marketing Operations, BDRs, or performance content resources is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own quarterly and annual marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets
  • Develop quarterly demand plans aligned to revenue goals and priority segments
  • Forecast pipeline performance and proactively identify risks, gaps, and corrective actions
  • Establish and manage funnel metrics from Inquiry through Closed Won
  • Continuously optimize channel mix, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across: o Paid media (search, social, display) o Email and lifecycle marketing o Webinars and virtual events o Content syndication and partner programs o Account-based and outbound support
  • Drive segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies to improve engagement and conversion
  • Partner with Product Marketing to activate positioning and messaging within campaigns
  • Own the strategy, planning, and performance of trade shows, industry events, executive roundtables, and field programs
  • Treat events as a pipeline channel with defined meeting, opportunity, and revenue targets
  • Partner with Sales to identify target accounts and establish pipeline goals for each event
  • Execute structured pre-event outreach, onsite conversion strategies, and post-event follow-up within 24–48 hours
  • Track and report event ROI based on meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue generated
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership on ICP targeting, territory priorities, and account selection
  • Align demand programs with outbound and account-based sales efforts
  • Define and manage lead routing, follow-up SLAs, and qualification standards
  • Build nurture, retargeting, and mid-funnel programs to accelerate deal progression and improve win rates
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure: o CRM and lifecycle integrity o Accurate attribution and performance reporting o High data quality and segmentation
  • Optimize execution within HubSpot and related tools
  • Operate with an AI-native approach, leveraging AI to accelerate campaign development, content creation, audience targeting, personalization, testing, and performance optimization
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and AI-driven decision-making across the demand engine
  • Build a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, experimentation, speed, and measurable business impact.
  • Partner with the VP of Global Marketing on strategic priorities, segment focus, and budget direction
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and sales enablement
  • Work closely with Sales leadership on pipeline planning, targeting, and performance reviews
  • Align with Customer Success and Partnerships to support expansion and cross-sell programs as needed
