About The Position
The Director of Data Platforms serves as the catalyst for modernizing mdxhealth's data landscape, turning enterprise and clinical data into strategic, AI-ready assets. This leader will architect scalable data infrastructure, optimize core database systems, and partner across clinical, operational, and commercial teams to drive data-driven decision-making and AI adoption.
Requirements
- 10+ years in data engineering or analytics, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Life Sciences.
- Experience with PHI (Protected Health Information) is mandatory.
- Experience operating within a publicly traded environment, including familiarity with SOX compliance and rigorous data auditing.
