About The Position

Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of the Midwest's most successful community banks to recruit a Director of Customer Service Operations to their management team. Our client has surpassed $2B in assets and is poised for continued growth and expansion, with a clear focus on culture and customer service across all business units. We're seeking an individual to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Bank’s call center, digital banking, and deposit operations departments. Our new Director will drive operational efficiency to create a best-in-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience leading a Bank Operations team
  • Five years in a management role in a publicly traded bank with at least $1B in assets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Bank’s call center, digital banking, and deposit operations departments.
