This position will support our On-Premise accounts on a national level. The Director of Customer Leadership will provide support and leadership within specified accounts to deliver new and organic sales growth. This role involves leading, managing, and developing the National Accounts team, and possesses a proven ability to drive initiatives through the business review process. The position requires managing and maintaining high customer service levels and demonstrated ability to work independently against a variety of objectives using account management skills to meet and exceed internal/external customer expectations. A key responsibility is to lead and develop a relationship strategy specific to each account including business reviews, top-to-top, etc. The role requires the ability to travel (50%) and perform other projects or duties as assigned.
