Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education standards and best practices.
Proven leadership skills with experience in staff training and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, parents, and children.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for early childhood education.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Implement, and assess curriculum frameworks that align with early childhood education standards.
Collaborate with educators to create engaging and effective lesson plans that foster a love for learning.
Conduct regular training sessions for staff on curriculum best practices and pedagogical strategies.
Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting curriculum as needed to meet diverse learning needs.
Stay current with educational trends and research to enhance program effectiveness.
Facilitate communication between parents and educators regarding curriculum initiatives and student development.
Lead curriculum review committees to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
Support the integration of technology into the curriculum to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Maintain child files and uphold licensing and TLE Standards.
