About The Position

Our client, located in the lower Westchester /greater White Plains area, is seeking a Full-Time Director of Culinary Services to join our team of dedicated professionals in a state-of-the-art Healthcare facility. Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations within the organization, this role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with health regulations, strategic planning & budgeting initiatives and delivering an excellent dining experience to residents.

Requirements

  • BS in Hotel and/or Restaurant Management
  • Successfully completed the 90-hour Food Service Managers course or equivalent
  • Meet the credential requirements of the State of New York
  • Prior experience in the Food Service Industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively lead and inspire the culinary team to deliver an excellent dining experience across three meals per day

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Healthcare or Hospitality industry
