Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a hospitality-focused Director of Culinary Services with senior living and/or fine dining experience and strong administrative and financial skills to add consistency, excellence, and creativity to our Culinary Services team. This role is responsible for the overall production of food for the GCV community, the operations of the GCV main kitchen, and the operation of the Independent Living, Assisted Living, & Lakeview Memory Care Dining areas. The Director will also be responsible for the selection, training, and supervision of the production, preparation, diet aide, utility, and server/wait staff. This position requires maintaining high standards in service, food preparation, food presentation, resident relations, cost control, personnel, safety, sanitation, training, and special functions. The Director will assist in maintaining sound inter-departmental relations and integrating the Culinary Services Department with the GCV community plan of operations.
