Currently operating within a premium/luxury IHG Hotels & Resorts environment, with extensive exposure to brand standards, operational compliance, and multi-outlet service delivery. Bringing a unique dual perspective as a former Chef, offering strong technical culinary expertise alongside a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house service execution ensuring seamless integration between kitchen and service operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
