About The Position

This position leads the strategic vision, development, and execution of all global creative for the Tweezerman brand. This role ensures a cohesive and elevated brand expression across all consumer touchpoints, driving innovation, consistency, and excellence in design across packaging, digital, retail, and promotional channels.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Graphic Design & Merchandising experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts or Graphic Design
  • Expert knowledge of Creative Suite software applications, specifically: InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of printing processes
  • Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Must be a team player; good at problem solving and completing tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for beauty and a passion for developing the aesthetics of the TWE brand

Responsibilities

  • Define and uphold global brand design standards, ensuring consistent and compelling visual identity across all channels.
  • Strategize content needs that align with overall market objectives and international market needs.
  • Oversee development and delivery of all creative assets—from concept through production, including product, packaging, merchandising, campaigns, digital assets and sales materials.
  • Generate online advertising campaigns that could be transferred to traditional media if needed including strategy and execution of streaming TV campaigns.
  • Keeps track of the status of all creative projects and complete the project on or before the set deadline.
  • Supervise and facilitate the team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project.
  • Accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention across all our online channels.
  • Partner with Brand, Product Development, Online Retail, and PR to bring innovative products and programs to market aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead creative development of retail environments, point-of-sale displays, and promotional programs to drive brand visibility and commercial performance.
  • Lead and develop the creative team while managing workflows, external partners, and timelines to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
  • Monitor and manage team workload, resources, and productivity.
