About The Position

Talent Studio is IWU's B2B learning and workforce development division, partnering with organizations to deliver high-quality professional learning experiences. We move fast, work lean, and hold our brand to a high standard across everything we produce and deliver. The Director of Creative Media for Enterprises owns the Talent Studio's look, voice, and creative output across both sides of our enterprise: partnerships and learning. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with the authority and autonomy of a director. This position is the creative engine, making decisions, producing work, and coordinating contract support where specialized production requires it.

Requirements

  • According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
  • BA or BS in Digital Media, Graphic Design or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a creative, brand, or multimedia production role at an agency, in-house, or higher education environment.
  • Graphic design proficiency with a portfolio demonstrating print and digital work across multiple formats (collateral, social, web, email).
  • Video production and editing experience in shooting, editing, and delivering polished final cuts (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Podcast or audio production experience in recording, editing, and publishing (Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript, or equivalent).
  • CMS/website management experience: ability to maintain, update, and build landing pages without developer support (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or equivalent).
  • Email design experience: building templates and layouts in a platform such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or equivalent.
  • Contractor coordination: experience briefing, directing, and managing freelance or contract creative support.
  • Project management: ability to manage multiple concurrent deliverables, set timelines, and meet deadlines independently.
  • Brand stewardship: demonstrated ability to apply and maintain a brand system consistently across diverse formats and audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B marketing, professional learning, or higher education preferred.
  • Familiarity with instructional or learning design principles preferred.
  • Course media or eLearning assets (graphics, video, interactive elements).
  • Experience working within a brand system shared across a parent organization (e.g., university or franchise brand guidelines).
  • Familiarity with social media content strategy and short-form content production.

Responsibilities

  • Design promotional and sales materials (flyers, postcards, one-pagers, social graphics, and partner-facing collateral) consistent with the IWU and Talent Studio brand.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all materials, including the IWU color palette and Talent Studio visual identity.
  • Coordinate with the IWU Marketing team to ensure brand alignment and avoid duplication of effort.
  • Maintain and update the Talent Studio website.
  • Build landing pages as campaigns and partnerships require.
  • In collaboration with the partnership teams, design email templates and outreach layouts.
  • Record and edit video for promotion, partner communication, and course content.
  • Produce the Talent Studio podcast: recording, editing, and publishing.
  • Develop short-form content assets to support events, campaigns, and partner outreach.
  • In collaboration with enterprise learning, create media and graphic design that enhance B2B courses and strengthen the learner’s experience.
  • Collaborate with the learning team to ensure course media meets quality and brand standards.
  • Coordinate contract or freelance creative support as needed for specialized production.
  • Manage creative timelines and asset delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
