Beztak is looking to hire a Director of Corporate Housing to join our team. The Director of Corporate Housing will oversee a furnished housing management team, while also expanding our furnished housing program, Beztak Suite Stays, nationally, ensuring maximum profitability in all locations and eliminating the need for external furnished housing companies to operate within any Beztak managed community. The right person will be sharp, confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated. The right person will also be comfortable and confident with people, sales and management. The ability to effectively manage a team, while also building and maintaining fruitful relationships with large employers in need of housing for associates or vendors that can effectively sell our furnished housing is critical.

This position is in-person, based out of our Corporate Office in Farmington Hills, MI with frequent travel to our local communities.

Requirements

• Hospitality, real estate, property management or sales background required, with no less than 3 years of furnished housing experience strongly preferred.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Knowledge and application of sales techniques such as: building rapport, needs/values selling, negotiating, and closing the sale
• Strong interest in travel, lodging, and/or customer service

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day profitable operations of Beztak Suite Stays.
• Responsible for nationwide growth of the Beztak Suite Stays program, in a pace commensurate with appropriate unit count growth within the company, and at a volume that’s appropriate on a percentage basis for existing communities.
• In collaboration with the managers, develops annual program budget and work plan inclusive of all pricing models and approved vendor pricing for case goods and furniture.
• Supervises staff in carrying out policies and procedures, with completion of property audits as needed to ensure alignment and compliance with company brand standards.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the corporate housing business, including client acquisition, retention, and expansion.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of furnished housing units, ensuring a consistent, high-quality resident experience.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships (furniture, housewares, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) to maximize efficiency and cost savings.
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and expenses; provide reporting and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Proactively identify new market opportunities and establish partnerships with relocation companies, corporations, and travel providers.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote the corporate housing program, including online presence, partnerships, and direct outreach.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations, lease agreements, and company policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, resolving issues swiftly and effectively.
