About The Position

TRM Labs is hiring a Director of Corporate FP&A to own the integrated company plan and lead financial partnership across go-to-market (GTM) and research and development (R&D). Reporting to the leader of the Finance organization, this executive will work directly with the CEO and other executives, take substantial ownership of the function, and remain hands-on with its most important work as the team grows. The role will build and develop the FP&A and Strategic Finance team, set priorities and standards, and establish the people, systems, and processes needed to deliver Finance work with greater speed and rigor. It will own long-range and annual planning, driver-based forecasts, headcount, revenue, operating investments, and cash planning; lead performance management and executive and Board reporting; and support fundraising through projections, scenarios, diligence, and a consistent financial narrative. The Director will partner with GTM and R&D leaders on pricing, unit economics, growth, infrastructure, and investment tradeoffs, bringing a company-wide perspective to decisions. The role will also improve planning systems and workflows, including Pigment, and use AI to make analytical work more reliable and repeatable. TRM is a distributed-first, high-velocity company operating in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment.
