Director of Corporate Finance

TalkiatryNew York, NY

About The Position

As the Director of Corporate Finance at Talkiatry, you will help build and scale the planning and performance management foundation that enables strong decision-making across the business. This role requires a high-energy, high-integrity leader who can partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver clear insights, rigorous forecasts, and scalable planning processes that support Talkiatry’s rapid growth. This is a high-impact, highly visible role within the broader Finance team. You will play an integral role in establishing and maturing the FP&A pillar for the next phase of Talkiatry’s growth—strengthening the planning cadence, improving performance visibility, and elevating how we connect operational drivers to financial outcomes. About Talkiatry: Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We’re a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment. 60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low, and paperwork is unduly burdensome. With innovative technology and a human-centered philosophy, we provide patients with the care they need—and allow psychiatrists to focus on why they got into medicine.
