Requirements

3+ years of consulting experience with large (global preferred) law firms
7+ years of hands-on experience leading large-scale ECM or DMS projects
Deep expertise in NetDocuments, iManage, and related integrations
Strong understanding of legal governance, compliance, and security frameworks
Demonstrated success in business development and team leadership
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

Spearhead business development and grow client relationships with Am Law 200 firms
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year DMS implementations
Design and deploy content lifecycle strategies using NetDocuments, iManage, and related tools
Oversee and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring top-tier client outcomes
Conduct in-depth business analysis and deliver actionable recommendations
Represent eSentio at industry events and contribute thought leadership through articles and speaking engagements
Stay on top of legal tech trends, vendor developments, and certifications
Partner cross-functionally to shape our go-to-market strategies and service offerings
