About The Position

The Director, Consulting, Digital Solutions, provides global leadership across the Digital Consulting organization. The incumbent ensures high-quality, consistent, and efficient delivery of consulting services worldwide while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and a unified consulting methodology. The role will report to the VP of Services, Digital Solutions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting/professional services, including 5+ years in global leadership.
  • 5+ years direct experience in Enterprise SaaS implementation, consulting, or managed services delivery.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problemsolving capabilities.
  • Skilled in change management and organizational transformation.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple global initiatives.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and influencing abilities.
  • High learning agility and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with new product development, R&D, or Quality functions in a CPG, F&B, or related process industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, Recipe & Specification systems is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, with an MBA or a similarly advanced degree in organizational leadership is preferred, but not required, if the candidate has sufficient demonstrable experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and oversight to the Americas/EMEA/APAC Digital Consulting Managers and Staff.
  • Develops and executes a global Digital Services consulting strategy aligned with the Digital Solutions Customer Experience function.
  • Leads global planning and execution for Digital Consulting KPIs, revenue and capacity forecasting, utilization tracking, staffing modeling, and continuous training and development of assigned staff.
  • Ensures successful delivery of global implementation and consulting revenue targets.
  • Maintains delivery of Digital Consulting services within margin target thresholds.
  • Establishes global standards for Digital Consulting management and delivery.
  • Leads professional development of regional Digital Consulting leaders and staff.
  • Oversees global Digital Consulting planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
  • Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Supports strategic relationships with clients and partners.
  • Serves as an escalation point for complex client initiatives.
  • Drives global harmonization of Digital Consulting processes and tools.
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives within Digital Solutions Customer Experience and ensures methodology compliance within Digital Consulting.
  • Oversees Digital Consulting risk management and change management practices.
