This role directs the Company’s global consolidation process, overseeing senior accountants and analysts responsible for subsidiary and regional reporting. The position owns the preparation and review of consolidating financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows across all domestic and international subsidiaries and operating segments. Key responsibilities include reviewing and approving IFRS-to-U.S. GAAP adjustments, managing the consolidation adjustment process (eliminations, currency translation, equity roll-forwards), and ensuring journal entries and reconciliations adhere to accounting policies. The role also manages the intercompany accounting process and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation close. Additionally, the Director prepares consolidated reporting packages with management commentary and variance analysis, oversees the preparation of financial statement support for SEC filings, and serves as a liaison with external auditors. The position partners with international finance teams for GAAP conversion packages, supports consolidation systems improvements, and collaborates with other finance/accounting teams on accounting changes related to consolidations. The role also assists with state and regulatory financial statements and statutory/compliance audits.
