About The Position

Edgehill Continuing Care Retirement Community in Stamford, CT is seeking a Director of Community Relations. This role focuses on building meaningful personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners through a prospect-centered selling approach, driving occupancy by emphasizing quality over transactional sales. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience in Lifecare Communities for seniors
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to speak intelligently about our services

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supporting potential families in their exploration of senior living options and educate on Edgehill offerings to guide to choosing assigned community
  • Achieve quarterly targets through successful sales execution and pipeline management
  • Building and maintaining prospect and professional relationships through strong lead base and CRM management
  • Generating and up keeping your pipeline
  • Comprehensive understanding of your community’s competitive market landscape
  • Researching and/or visiting competitors’ facilities
  • Articulating the Benchmark Difference
  • Cultivating and managing reciprocal professional relationships throughout the marketplace
  • Developing strong professional relationships within the community and in target markets that lead to qualified referrals to the community.
