You will advise senior leaders on messaging and change communications, oversee the development of key content including briefing materials, presentations, videos, and executive communications, and mentor a community of communications professionals across the organization. You will also leverage data and employee insights to continuously refine communications strategies, measure effectiveness, and identify new opportunities to strengthen connection and engagement. As new technologies and AI-powered tools reshape how leaders communicate with employees, you will help pioneer innovative approaches that create more meaningful dialogue and ensure a consistent experience across channels. This role reports to the M365 Core Chief of Staff and works in close partnership with CVP and the M365 Core leadership team. At Microsoft, our mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We believe in a growth mindset, where potential is nurtured, not predetermined. Our culture is rooted in the belief that everyone can grow and develop, and we strive to be a company of learn-it-alls, not know-it-alls. We value respect, integrity, and accountability, and we are committed to creating a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
