In this role, you will be responsible for: Strategic leadership: Define the organization's global collaboration and technology roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance collaboration with emerging technologies like AI. Team and vendor management: Lead and mentor a team of collaboration, messaging and AV professionals, manage key vendor and systems integrator relationships, and coordinate with external partners for projects. Design and deployment: Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of standardized AV solutions in various spaces, including conference rooms, training rooms, and specialized facilities. Project management: Direct AV projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec. Manage asset inventory and lifecycle refreshes. Operational support: Ensure the continuous operation of all collaboration and messaging systems through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Provide advanced Tier 3 support for complex technical issues. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments like IT, Facilities, and executive teams to align AV solutions with business goals and security requirements. Budgeting: Prepare and manage the budget for collaboration and messaging investments, including equipment purchases and maintenance. Reporting: Track key performance metrics, conduct post-incident reviews, and provide progress reports to leadership. Requirements

  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in Collaboration/UC, messaging and conference room AV.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise emails systems including Exchange, Exchange Online, and email security platforms.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Cisco Webex.
  • Significant experience managing teams and working with business stakeholders in a distributed, global environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows/Mac endpoint clients, networking, and conference room AV design.
  • Experience with conference room AV systems and equipment like Cisco, Crestron, Extron, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively across multiple teams with varying technical expertise.
  • You must know Agile well.
  • Your seven or more years of team leadership have delivered amazing results, and you pride yourself on developing the people who work for you, as well as providing an inclusive team environment where they all can thrive.   • Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and coding standards. You'll be looking ahead to the next coding criteria to build technically sound and functional tools.
