About The Position

A wonderful opportunity to be part of a new home health division in beautiful Tumwater, Washington! We have been providing life-changing services for over 30 years and now we are growing! We are looking to add an experienced and caring Director of Clinical Services (DCS, DON, DNS) to our Home Health division in Thurston County, Washington! Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of health care management experience
  • Must have at least 1 year of home health director-level or managerial experience
  • Must have a BSN degree.
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current Washington state license (or before your first day of work)
  • Licensed and insured driver with reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • An MSN degree is preferred
  • Experience with Home Care Home Base preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of home health regulations, including Medicare COPs, PDGM, VBP
  • OASIS Certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Ensures agency compliance with all state and federal home health laws & regulations
  • Coordinates & oversees all direct & indirect patient services & personnel
  • Provides guidance, counseling, assistance, & evaluation of Clinical Supervisors
  • Assists the Executive Director in preparing & administering organizational budgets
  • Hires, evaluates, mentors, trains, & disciplines organization personnel
  • Forecasts staffing needs, develops training & onboarding programs, & and assists with developing policies, procedures, and organizational goals
