About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Clinical Services (RN) Full-Time to lead our home health clinical operations. This role is responsible for overall clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs) and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Utah
- 2-3+ years home health experience required
- Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs, OASIS, and home health regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation review
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight of all clinical services for the home health agency
- Ensure compliance with Medicare and state regulations, including CoPs
- Oversee clinical managers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of clinical documentation (OASIS expertise required)
- Prepare for and manage state and federal surveys/audits
- Monitor clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and agency performance metrics
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and operational goals
- Oversee staffing, productivity, and clinical workflows
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of clinical staff
