As one of Georgia's fastest-growing interdisciplinary autism providers, we are seeking a visionary Director of Clinical Quality & Training to help drive clinical excellence across our organization. In this role, you'll help shape the systems, training programs, quality initiatives, and clinical standards that support excellence across our growing network of centers.
Requirements
- BCBA certification for a minimum of 5 years (BCBA-D preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience serving as a Clinical Director required

- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, systems-development, and problem-solving skills
- Passionate about improving outcomes, developing leaders, and driving clinical excellence
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical quality, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives across AAC
- Conduct Clinical Excellence Rounds (monthly at each center) to support leadership development, case consultation, quality improvement, and organizational alignment
- Develop training systems and leadership development programs that support clinician success
- Create quality dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive meaningful decision-making
- Support accreditation readiness, compliance initiatives, and organizational quality standards
- Partner with Executive Leadership to support growth, innovation, and scalability
- Build systems that improve client outcomes, support clinicians, and strengthen organizational excellence
