About The Position

At BeWell Health Centres, we are dedicated to reimagining healthcare delivery in Ontario by providing comprehensive, committed, and connected care. We believe in treating the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our interdisciplinary team, comprising psychotherapists, social workers, psychiatrists, and psychologists, collaborates to deliver evidence-informed, deeply human care. We offer the resources and support necessary for clinicians to perform at their best, along with the flexibility to shape their practice authentically. As we grow thoughtfully, we are seeking clinicians who bring expertise, curiosity, and genuine care to their work. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Director of Clinical Psychology - Child & Youth Programs to help shape, lead, and elevate our current program. This is a unique opportunity to assume a leadership role that combines clinical excellence, mentorship, and program development, while still engaging in meaningful client work. As the Director, you will be instrumental in building and strengthening our clinical programming for child and youth populations across our Toronto, Mississauga, and Hamilton locations. You will lead a talented and expanding team of clinicians, ensure high-quality care delivery, and contribute to scaling a program designed for both impact and sustainability. Initially, you will oversee a team of child and youth therapists with the goal of continued team growth. This role is ideal for a clinician ready for the next step in their career, possessing strong clinical judgment and supervisory confidence, and seeking to broaden their impact.
