About The Position

As Director of Clinical Performance and Risk, you hold senior-level ownership for organization-wide clinical quality, patient safety, risk management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement. This role exists to drive outcomes through disciplined measurement, clear governance, and proactive risk mitigation across all service lines and locations. Key responsibilities include leading quality and safety initiatives; coordinating compliance monitoring and regulatory readiness; overseeing incident review processes; ensuring clinical data integrity and quality reporting; and partnering with providers, nursing, behavioral health, dental, outreach, and operations to strengthen workflows and patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
  • Experience with risk management and compliance methodology
  • Willingness to travel between NHC health centers
